Accounts Payable
Capture supplier invoices, check duplicates, route approvals, and track processing.
Smarter systems for invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. I design practical automations that help finance teams keep records accurate, approvals visible, and important work moving.
From invoices and payments to expense approvals and financial visibility, I help teams replace fragmented processes with connected, traceable workflows.

Send customer invoices, maintain records, and support payment follow-ups.
Match payments to invoices, track allocations, and surface exceptions for review.
Organize expense submissions, receipts, approvals, and reimbursement status.
Coordinate close checklists, reminders, and progress tracking.
Bring finance information together for dashboards and useful reporting.
Explore three independently built portfolio case studies showing how finance teams can improve invoice handling, payment matching, and expense approvals.
The challenge. Vendor invoices arrive through email, outgoing invoices are tracked separately, and deadlines can be missed when teams rely on manual checks.
The system. Three connected workflows support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and due-date monitoring. Incoming invoices are processed and checked for duplicates; higher-value invoices follow an approval path; outgoing invoices are recorded and tracked.
What it demonstrates. A central Supabase invoice record, automated controls, reminders, and a visual dashboard.

The challenge. Payment records and invoice balances don't always align neatly. Partial payments, unmatched transactions, and duplicate records create work for finance teams.
The system. A reconciliation workflow compares incoming payment information with receivables, records allocations, and separates exceptions that need review.
What it demonstrates. Payment matching logic, allocation records, duplicate prevention, and visibility into unresolved exceptions.

The challenge. Expense receipts, approval requests, and reimbursement updates can become scattered, making it hard to know what has been submitted or settled.
The system. Employees submit expenses and receipts through a form. The workflow validates requests, flags possible duplicates, routes manager approval, notifies employees, and tracks reimbursement status.
What it demonstrates. A complete submission-to-reimbursement process with receipt storage and a central record.

I'm Oladunni Afusat, a Finance Operations Automation Specialist. I build practical systems that help finance teams manage invoices, reconcile payments, coordinate approvals, and keep operational records organized.
My approach starts with understanding the process and its controls—not adding technology for its own sake. I use n8n, Claude, and Supabase to connect the steps, data, and decisions that matter.
The featured case studies are independently developed projects using simulated business scenarios.
Whether your team is dealing with invoice bottlenecks, reconciliation exceptions, or scattered approval records, I'd welcome a conversation about the process you want to improve.
